Designed by a Muslim woman who has trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over a decade, the LG Active Hijab was created to solve the problems that active hijabi athletes face every day.
Why We Created the LG Active Sports Hijab
As a hijabi athlete, I was constantly searching for a sports hijab that could handle the demands of grappling and high-intensity training.
Most athletic hijabs were designed for running or light exercise. Few were built for contact sports, martial arts, or activities that involve rapid movement and constant position changes.
During training, I found myself adjusting my hijab repeatedly, dealing with uncomfortable fabric around my neck, or worrying about it shifting during sparring.
I knew there had to be a better solution.
So I decided to create one.
